Maplewood Area Historical Society / 3M & Maplewood Exhibition

Magically Adhered.

The 3M & Maplewood: Magically Adhered museum exhibition explores the history of the co-development of the city of Maplewood, Minnesota and a major U.S. corporation, 3M, headquartered there. The exhibition is on display in the former milking parlor of a historic barn at the Bruentrup family farm that is also home to the Maplewood Historical Society. The exhibit tells this uniquely Minnesotan story through historic photos, 3M artifacts, products, advertising, and a video monitor running old company films. This Is Folly collaborated with Bluestem Heritage Group, the Maplewood Historical Society, Sala Architects and Franz Reprographics to create the exhibition.
